Changing Broadband Suppliers

Changing broadband suppliers

It doesn’t matter why you are debating changing broadband suppliers; whether you’re unhappy with the price you’re paying, the service you get, are moving to a new address or just fancy a change because you’re in the mood for it, the process is fairly easy. And we’re here to help!
Changing home broadband supplier
We’re not here to tell you to change your broadband supplier, only help you if that’s what you want to do. A quick Google search for broadband deals brings up a staggering set of options, good and bad, and weeding through them would take ages.

What truly counts is the standards of service you’ll receive, pricing that suits you and contract terms that fit in with your needs. Rather than show you a hundred deals from a hundred different broadband suppliers, we’ll show you what we think are the best combinations of price, service and general convenience.

We track the best deals

The various broadband deals on offer across the market change on a regular basis, but we keep daily tabs on the best deals on the market so you don’t need to! There’s little sense in bombarding you dozens of deals that are more or less the same, so we only show deals which are from companies with an established track record and good customer service standards, based on feedback we receive.

Where do I start?

If you’re interested in changing broadband suppliers and already know what you want, jump onto our broadband deals section and take a look at the offers currently available to you. General advice on switching broadband suppliers is available, and if you are having problems with your current supplier, or want to know the best way to go about changing broadband suppliers without running into problems, more advice is available in our ‘Guides and Advice’ section.

Why do we do it?

We’ve been involved in the UK broadband market for a long time and know first-hand the frustrations customers face. That was our motivation for starting this website. The site is self-funded because we receive small commissions from some (not all) of our listed broadband providers if you sign up with them after clicking through to their website from ours.

We added the information and advice sections because we know there are a lot of misconceptions about broadband and it’s better for you to make a decision based on knowledge rather than what you’ve heard from friends and neighbours. A little bit of extra information never goes amiss!
